Promotion Overview

Prize

The Tasmanian Hemp Association is offering one two-night luxury holiday stay for up to 5 guests at a Tassie HempCrete house (valued at $665 AUD) on the stunningly beautiful Bruny Island
transport, flights or transfers are not included.

Eligibility

Entrants must:

  1. Join as a Supporter member of the Tasmanian Hemp Association before 1 May 2026.
    (Only confirmed members registered and verified before midnight on 1 May 2026 are eligible.)
  2. Be an Australian resident 
  3. Be 18 years or older.
  4. Not be an employee, contractor or close family member of you or anyone involved in running the promotion.

 

Entry Rules

How to Enter

  1. visit the THA website: https://tasmanianhempassociation.org.au/sign-up/#join
  2. Choose a membership
  3. Complete the membership registration form.
  4. Submit registration before the promotion closing time (11:59 PM AEST on 1 May 2026
  5. No additional cost or purchase is required to enter beyond joining as a member.

No entries will be accepted after the closing date and time.

One Entry Per Person

Each member may only submit one entry.

Join as a member to enter

Joining as a supporter member is $99 annually . There is no additional fee to enter and no purchase requirement to qualify for the draw.There is no lock in requirements to be eligible for the prize, ongoing subscriptions can be cancelled at any point.

 

Winner Selection

Draw Process

  • The winner will be chosen by random electronic draw from all eligible entries received by closing date.
    • The draw will take place on 8 May 2026 
  • The draw may be observed by a third party to ensure fairness.

Announcement

  • The winner will be notified by email, phone and/or Facebook message within 7 days of the draw.
    • When contacted, the winner must respond within 14 days to claim the prize.
    • If the winner cannot be reached or fails to claim in the timeframe, a redraw may occur

 

Prize Details

  • Prize is a two-night stay for a maximum of 5 guests, see accommodation booking site for details, at a specified Tassie HempCrete property on Bruny Island valued at $665 AUD.
    • Travel, flights, transfers, car hire or additional accommodation are NOT included.
    • Dates of stay must be agreed with the property owner and may be subject to availability. These details will be shared at the time of draw.
    • Prize is non-transferable without prior agreement, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

 

Privacy and Publicity

Entrants agree that:

  • Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of contacting the winner and administering the promotion.
    • Personal information will be handled in accordance with the THA privacy policy.
    • By entering, winners consent to their first name and city of residence being published on the THA Facebook page, website or other promotional materials, subject to applicable laws.
  • Entrants acknowledge that joining as a member will also add them to the newsletter list for future information about the Tasmanian Hemp Industry, to which they can unsubscribe at any time.

 

Compliance & Disclaimers

  1. This promotion is governed by Tasmania’s trade promotion rules and the Australian Consumer Law.
  2. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  3. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Tasmanian Hemp Association is final and binding.
  4. Tasmanian Hemp Association is not responsible for technical errors, lost or late entries, or entries not received due to internet issues.
  5. The Tasmanian Hemp Association reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion where permitted by law, and if an event beyond your control undermines the integrity of the promotion.
